Philip has many years’ experience in new build works, total refurbishments together with maintenance works. We have office staffs that have valuable experience in working with maintenance contracts, clients and tenants (including elderly, young people and vulnerable people) They receive regular training and have ongoing meetings to discuss improvements and changes in procedures where necessary. P H Beck’s position is underpinned by its commitment to Health and Safety assurance, evident by its achievement to gain both CHAS accreditation & Constructionline membership, both of which are leading industry assessors.
